Youth Engagement Tools & Resources
While doing volunteer work, we are more concerned with young engagement, safety and security, inclusiveness, and transparency. SD11 provides leadership training with a new approach to engagement that maximises each individual's potential for effective project implementation, personal growth and safe space.
Mentorship
We provide a wide range of support to our project leader, executive team members, and volunteers during the project's implementation. In the SD11 community, we think that mentorship is a crucial aspect of the process of developing human resources. As a result, we constantly give training and mentoring to our young leaders with technical and soft skill themes.
